The Role

Managing day-to-day operations of the donation centre in Wakefield
Overseeing sorting, processing and distribution of donated stock
Ensuring efficient stock flow to retail and online channels
Supporting logistics and transport coordination
Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant working environment
Monitoring stock performance and operational efficiency
Supporting hands-on operational duties when required

About You

Previous experience in retail management, warehouse management or operational leadership
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Experience managing stock, logistics or operational teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards (desirable)
