Master Technician

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician or Master Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing Land Rover vehicles and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.

The Role

  • Conduct routine maintenance services on Land Rover vehicles, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in Land Rover vehicles, using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on Land Rover vehicles.
  • Stay updated with the latest Land Rover technologies, service bulletins, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair procedures clearly and professionally.

About You

  • Secondary education qualifications or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training programme preferred.
  • Certification as a Land Rover Technician or Master Technician highly desirable.
  • Experience working as an automotive technician, with a focus on Land Rover vehicles.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
