Juice are working with a well-established and award-winning estate agency located in Huddersfield. They are passionate about providing the best customer service and advice to all clients with a very personable approach. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Estate Agent, Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a forward-thinking company and grow their career.

The successful candidate will have sales experience but personality, presentation and a hunger to succeed is crucial to this exciting role as is the ability to provide outstanding customer service. This role is all about learning from the start and you will be trained amongst the best in the business!

The Role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service?

Working alongside a well-established team you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement within the sales team.
· Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
· Achieve KPIs whilst ensuring accurate data on the CRM
· Consultative approach to negotiations with interest parties

About You

Excellent interpersonal and customer service experience
Prior direct experience isn’t needed as all training will be provided for the right candidate
The ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable
A strong desire to achieve and eagerness to learn
Experience within sales or the property industry (desired)
