Established in 1984, Oyster is a leading national independent provider of Managed Print, Managed Document and IT Services. 

Phil Birkhead, Northern Director, has over 20 years experience of working within the Managed Print Services sector and prides himself as being an empowering sales lead, inspiring and motivating his staff to achieve great successes when working as a team. Recently, he reached out to Juice Personnel after meeting with our MD Kelly Smith at a local networking group.

Having recently had a poor recruitment experience , Kelly had to ensure that the process with Juice Personnel would not only be flawless, but would get the results Phil needed.

With a strong sales strategy and growth plans in place, Phil had to recruit a sales person; someone who would be in daily contact with his clients both over the phone and face to face, and someone who’s role was to build relationships – a role whereby 80% of the time you would be speaking and interacting with people.

Fast forward 2 months and Phil is over the moon with his latest recruit who has fitted in to the team like a  dream and is proving really successful already.
