And in order to be an accredited member of this organisation, our MD Kelly Smith has to sit an assessment which questions our knowledge, compliance and good practise when it comes to finding our clients the best talent for their business.
The assessment takes place bi-annually and includes a series of questions about temporary contracts, working time regulations and data protection legislation to name but a few and we are delighted to announce that we've passed again!
