Every two year, Juice Personnel has to take the Recruitment and Employment Confederation compliance assessment to ensure that they are up to date with all the relevant legislation, resulting in a first class service to it's clients and candidates.

And in order to be an accredited member of this organisation, our MD Kelly Smith has to sit an assessment which questions our knowledge, compliance and good practise when it comes to finding our clients the best talent for their business.
The assessment takes place bi-annually and includes a series of questions about temporary contracts, working time regulations and data protection legislation to name but a few and we are delighted to announce that we've passed again!
Having been a member of the https://www.rec.uk.com/ since we opened back in 2003, we have always remained an accredited agency and have invested thousands of pounds in ensuring that we remain to do so.
We encourage our Consultants to take the REC exam, again, ensuring that our staff are fully compliant and totally up to date with Recruitment legislation and knowledge. We want to deliver the best service to our clients and this is one way of ensuring that we do.
