The 'We are Wakefield' business awards are almost upon us and all the team at Juice Personnel cannot wait for what is promising to be a superb event, celebrating the wonderful businesses in and around our Wakefield district.

Back in early 2022, Claire Sutherley, MD of WAW had a light bulb moment when she created the business awards for the We are Wakefield community. A celebration of local businesses and an opportunity for said businesses to shout out about their success stories.

When Juice Personnel were invited to be a Supporting Sponsor of the inaugural event in 2022, we knew it was an opportunity not to be missed......But why?

Since the re-launch of the We are Wakefield community back in January 2022 and the selfless effort of Claire Sutherley in making it the success it has evolved into, Juice Personnel has benefitted in a number of ways; New suppliers, new customers, opportunities to refer as well as the opportunity to showcase our business through presentations and sponsorships.

Sponsorship allows our business to build relationships, increase our brand marketing and recognition and we love the fact that we can support another brand that genuinely invests in our community. It spreads a positive message throughout, and to be associated with credible businesses such as We are Wakefield, Wakefield First and Solupak, well, we think the reason why is obvious!

The success of the first event was tremendous with over 140 people in attendance. This year, an astounding 300 people are hoping to attend with the award entrants being doubled from last year and some amazing businesses making the shortlist.
