Liz Scott, HR Director at the Thurston Group, and Kelly Smith, Managing Director of Juice Personnel, have shared a professional relationship spanning almost 24 years. Their collaboration began when Kelly first supplied Liz with both temporary and permanent staff at one of her previous companies—laying the foundation for a long-standing and trusted partnership.

Although they stayed in contact over the years, the right opportunity to work together again hadn't arisen—until now.

When Kelly saw that Liz had recently joined the Thurston Group—a leading UK manufacturer of modular and portable buildings—she recognised a perfect opportunity to reignite their working relationship.
