Reflecting back over the last 12 months

Being one of only 8 Ambassadors, this opportunity was one not be missed, elevating our business at the many events held by the WAW team and it was an absolute no brainer for Juice Personnel to take part and help with the collaboration of our business community.

Both Lynn and Terri signed up to new Networking meets to strengthen our Commercial and Logistics presence in Yorkshire along with Karen, Kelly and Bex making the most of existing networking opportunities regionally.

Expo's were held at SAM networking, Northern Affinity and MYCCI and we've already got dates lined up on the diary for these in 2024.

In February, we celebrated our 20th Anniversary in business where we celebrated at a local establishment with all of our colleagues - old and new, clients, candidates, close family and friends.

March came around quickly and this is where Karen Wilson joined our commercial team, bringing over 18 years recruitment experience to the table. It feels like she's been here for ever and has made a great addition to the team.

In June, we saw Terri take on the role of our Social Media as well as coordinating the commercial recruitment desk in Wakefield. Since taking on this role, our digital brand has grown significantly and I'm sure you all love to see her posts!

Fast forward to July and our next team member joined the business. Bex Clark approached Juice Personnel with the vision to set up Juice Construction - a division in which she brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the business. As with Karen, it's like she's always been here and fit in with the team from day one!

We've celebrated big wins with becoming named suppliers on the Crown Commercial Services frame work for non-clinical staffing. We continued to be a preferred supplier with NEXT after successfully working with them for over 15 years, and as well as working with over 45 different clients throughout the year, 23 of those were shiny brand new to Juice Personnel.

Kieran successfully became CERT RP qualified having passed his Recruitment and Employment Cert with flying colours and we were nominated for 3 local business awards including Business of the Year, Employer of the Year and Outstanding Community Engagement.

Our team all share the same values here at Juice Personnel, and we all work really hard to make it all come together.

It goes without saying that none of the above could happen with out the loyalty and business support we receive from our wonderful clients, candidates, peers and colleagues and so Lynn and I would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to each and everyone of you. You'll know who you are!
