National Payroll week is being celebrated on the 2nd to the 6th September this year and aims to recognise and celebrate the crucial role that all payroll personnel play within our businesses.
Often the unsung heroes of many companies, the payroll function is somewhat overlooked as one of the key, critical operations of a business. I mean - if your staff don't get paid correctly and on time, what are the repercussions?
Jim Smith has been with Juice Personnel since 2010 and processes over one hundred peoples wages each week. He is renowned for his attention to detail when it comes to calculating our temporary worker hours with almost 100% accuracy payroll each week (no-ones perfect after all!).
Your payroll people are responsible for compliance, TAX and pension regulations and also contribute to the effectiveness of your cashflow. They really are a core part of any business and we're celebrating them all today, including our very own Jim.
