The REC also has a comprehensive and robust examination system to ensure that every consultant who takes part in the Certificate of Recruitment Practice qualification are at the top of the game, providing them with the knowledge and skills to deliver an exemplary service to their clients and candidates.

At Juice Personnel, we have always encouraged our staff to take part in this qualification, meaning that our team is fully up to date with all of the relevant legislation and principles of good practise when it comes to recruiting, giving our clients peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible service that they can.
This year, our 3 lead consultants Kieran Brown, Terri Ward and Marta Rybak began their qualification in May 2023 and are cracking in with their course work as we speak. They will take their final exams in August of this year and upon passing, will be able to add the letters Cert RP (certificate in recruitment practice) after their name.
We’re confident that all 3 will be amazing during their studies and wish them all the best in pursuing their professional development.
