Having been based in Ossett for the last 3 years, an opportunity became available for our 19-year-old business to relocate to the modern, purpose-built workspaces which are situated on the side of the river Calder and include a multitude of facilities for all to enjoy.

When we relocated our business from the City Centre, our main objective was to reduce staff travel time, offer free parking to clients, candidates and colleagues and have a modern and comfortable working environment for our staff to enjoy. This was all accomplished with our offices at Silkwood Park and we did love our time there, however, The Junction offers so much more.

Our staff's well-being was at the forefront of this decision; The Junction offers an on-site gym for all to use, a rooftop terrace to embrace outdoor working when the weather allows, a breathing room to chill out when needed, a Pilates studio with regular classes taking place and the most-lovely café which serves delicious coffee, homemade food and cakes.

As well as this, The Junction is a stone's throw away from the river Calder, with some fantastic riverside walks available at all times for everyone and anyone to enjoy. The Junction welcomes dogs, and there's even a dog walking room where you can leave your muddy boots and clean off before going back to the office!

They really have thought of everything here and it's all about making your work life as easy and as enjoyable as possible.

With over 40+ offices here, there is a real buzz around the building and you can't make a cuppa without bumping into someone and having a chat..….so, free networking is included too!

We are so happy with our decision to move here! We've only been here a week but we love it already!
