‘someone’s high artistic standards or standards of doing their job; and that persons determination not to lower those standards.
And there was only one winner in our eyes when it came to this award!
Jim has been with Juice Personnel for almost 15 years and during this time, he’s streamlined our payroll process to the most efficient it’s ever been. Has zero payroll queries week on week - which is some feat considering we regularly pay over 100 people per week, processing over 1500 hours. He’s always at the end of the phone providing sound advice on subjects which are often not the easiest to understand and is always looking to improve the payroll function in any way that he can.
