The definition of ACCOUNTABILITY can mean 'in the workplace, accountability means taking ownership of duties, being transparent about mistakes, and accepting responsibility for actions' and after a couple of nominations from fellow colleagues, our winner this month is Karen Wilson

Karen was nominated for this award as she always fulfils her tasks to the best of her ability and has a 100% fill ratio on her clients perm roles. Never afraid to ask for help when she's uncertain of anything, Karen likes everything to be ship-shape so she can deliver the best service she can to her clients and candidates, and for this - she has been recognised!
