Credit Controller

Juice are delighted to be working with a brand new client who are based on the lovely grounds of Nostell Estate and who have been in business for over 20 years.
Due to retirement, this is a brand-new opportunity for us here at Juice Personnel and we’re hoping to secure them a credit controller to join their team asap.

Working within the main office, this is a stand along role working on the sales ledger, alongside their purchase ledger clerk. Ideally, the role is full time but could also work around school hours, 5 days a week. It’s a very slick operation and therefore someone with the right skill set, could potentially fulfil the role in 25-30 hours per week.

The Role

Permanent role
£12-£14.00 per hour depending on experience
8:30am – 5:30 pm (5pm finish on Friday)
Will consider 25-30 hours per week during school / business core hours
Raising sales invoices using Bluesky Horizon (internal CRM system)
Sending out customer statements on a regular basis
Allocating any incoming cash/ bank payments to the correct customer ledger
Chasing and outstanding debts and raising these to the sales team
Minimize Debtor days
Maximize purchasing days
Control cash flow
Manage departmental holiday allowance
