The Role

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Perform regular data cleansing to remove duplicates and outdated records
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure high data quality standards
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and operational teams
  • Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing actionable insights
  • Identify and resolve system or data errors, escalating recurring issues as needed
  • Evaluate current data processes and recommend workflow or system improvements
  • Support Customer Support Administration team on occasion with calls, emails, and other tasks
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by the Team Leader to ensure team objectives are met

About You

  • Professional, confident, and approachable in all communications
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks
  • Strong time-management skills, able to prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate – Pivot Tables, VLookups)
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role

  • WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:
  • First six months – office-based until training is completed
  • Post-training – hybrid working: two days from home, three days in the office (days negotiable)
  • Must drive and have access to a car due to remote location
  • INTERVIEW PROCESS:
  • Stage 1 – Teams call
  • Stage 2 – Face-to-face interview and task, including a short period working with the Operations team
