The Role

  • Role: Field Sales / Business Development Executive
  • Location: Huddersfield or Newcastle
  • Hours: Full Time (Monday–Friday, field-based)
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + £600 per month guaranteed mileage allowance + 20% commission
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities as a Field Sales / Business Development Executive
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to win new business
  • Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts to maximise revenue
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Represent the business professionally in all client interactions

About You

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Strong new business development skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability
