Installation Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Installation Team Leader to join a dynamic team based in Ossett. This role is perfect for someone with experience in installation, vinyl application, or shopfitting, who enjoys leading a small team and delivering high-quality work across multiple client sites.

The Role

Supervise and lead a team of Installation Operatives, ensuring work is completed to time, standard, and health & safety requirements
Provide on-site guidance, technical support, and feedback to improve skills and quality
Plan and allocate tasks effectively, optimizing working hours
Conduct regular vehicle and equipment checks, ensuring safety compliance
Manage documentation, including delivery notes, visual packs, and stock returns
Communicate daily updates to relevant clients and internal teams
Support planning and workflow within production when not on installation
Lead by example, promoting company values and a positive team culture

About You

Previous vinyl application or shopfitting experience
Experience managing a small team
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation
Ability to read and follow instructions accurately, with a keen eye for detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, email)
Full driving license and valid passport
Flexible, reliable, and able to work evenings, overnight, and occasional weekends
Physically fit for manual handling and working at height
Desirable:
CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or Asbestos Awareness training
