Internal Sales Executive

Our client is a market-leading company based in Brighouse and is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Internal Sales Executive – Industrial Sector to join their team

The Role

  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls and research
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Apply industrial knowledge to provide tailored solutions and conduct site surveys
  • Manage sales pipeline in CRM, track leads, and achieve sales targets
  • Stay informed about competitor products, market trends, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with customer service, technical, and product management teams

About You

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or internal sales
  • Strong ability to generate prospect lists and confidently cold call potential clients
  • Experience in industrial, lubricants, engineering, tooling, or transmission sectors preferred
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
  • Proactive, organised, and a strong team player
