They are currently seeking a Lettings Inspector to join their team and assist in maintaining the high standards of rental properties. As a Lettings Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of rental properties to ensure they are well-maintained and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

The Role

Conducting regular inspections of rental properties to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
Documenting inspection findings and preparing detailed reports for landlords and property managers.
Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure any necessary repairs or maintenance work is carried out promptly.
Providing feedback and recommendations to landlords on how to improve the condition and value of their properties.
Ensuring that all inspections are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal requirements.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing rental properties.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various properties.
