The Role
- Drive a company vehicle to deliver equipment to customer sites
- Carry out product demonstrations and customer training on-site
- Install and set up equipment at client locations
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and fully operational before use
- Complete vehicle and equipment check before and after use
- Return equipment to depot and ensure correct cleaning and storage procedures
- Report faults, defects, or issues promptly to management
- Complete timesheets, compliance paperwork, and check sheets accurately
- Travel to customer sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays if required
- Deliver a high standard of customer service during demonstrations and installations
About You
- Minimum Category B UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience in a hands-on, driving, technical, or field-based role is desirable
- Previous towing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong practical and mechanical understanding
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when required
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
