Project Administrator

Our client are looking for a Project Administrator.
The company were established in November 2019. They install commercial solar, and EV charging infrastructure throughout the UK.

This person will be based in the operations office in Horbury reporting to the Operations Manager and will assist the Project Managers in co-ordinating installation works. This is an entry level role, No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.

The Role

  • The handover of paperwork from sales to operations
  • Keeping process paperwork and filing up to date
  • Ordering equipment for site e.g. skips and welfare units
  • Hiring of equipment and keeping track of hired in plant for each site
  • Printing of site information for operatives
  • General admin duties

About You

  • No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.
