Receptionist

Juice Personnel are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the busy service department of a well-established automotive business in Morley, Leeds.

This Receptionist role would suit someone who is friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Checking customers in on arrival
  • Recording vehicle mileages accurately
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Explaining invoices and charges to customers
  • Taking customer payments
  • Completing general reception and administration duties
  • Updating customer and vehicle records
  • Supporting the Service Manager and wider team
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Customer Service or Administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Confident dealing with customers face-to-face
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable taking payments and discussing invoices
  • Good IT skills
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Reliable, professional and approachable
  • Previous experience within the automotive, vehicle service or repair industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
