Receptionist

Juice Personnel are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the busy service department of a well-established automotive business in Morley, Leeds.

This Receptionist role would suit someone who is friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.

The Role

Meeting and greeting customers
Checking customers in on arrival
Recording vehicle mileages accurately
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Dealing with customer enquiries
Explaining invoices and charges to customers
Taking customer payments
Completing general reception and administration duties
Updating customer and vehicle records
Supporting the Service Manager and wider team
Providing excellent customer service at all times

About You

Previous experience in a Receptionist, Customer Service or Administration role
Excellent communication skills
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable taking payments and discussing invoices
Good IT skills
Well organised and able to prioritise workload
Reliable, professional and approachable
Previous experience within the automotive, vehicle service or repair industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
