The definition of COMMUNICATION can be 'the sending and receiving of information' and there is no one better in our office at making sure everyone is kept involved in every part of our processes.

Marta earned Employee of the Month for her amazing communication skills and even though English is her second language (she’s Polish), she always manages to connect with clients, candidates and colleagues effortlessly. She listens carefully, gives clear updates, and really makes sure everyone’s on the same page—helping to keep things running smoothly and ensuring great results.
