Our 'REFRESHING' Employee of the Month for May is a little different this month. Firstly, because it's nearly the end of June and we're only just announcing it but secondly, because our whole team won the award!
The award for MAY focused on RESPECT - one of our core values.
The definition of respect can be ''to admire (someone or something) deeply, as a result of their abilities, qualities, or achievements''
And our whole team consistently display this throughout their work, their relationship to each other and their commitment to our companies goals and objectives. It seemed only right that we awarded this to our whole team for the RESPECT that they show day in, day out!
