Accounts Administrator

Juice Personnel are delighted to be working with a company based in Wakefield, who are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join their busy Accounts team as an Accounts Administrator.

This is a key role within the business, focusing on real-time financial transactions within the company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing the purchase and sales ledger, invoicing, payment reconciliations, and producing management information.

The Role

  • Control of the purchase ledger – Input purchase invoices/credit notes onto job costing cards and into Sage
  • Weekly timesheet administration
  • Keeping accurate mileage records for company vehicles
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Control of the sales ledger – Preparation and issue of sales invoices (including subcontractor invoices)
  • Accounts filing
  • General office duties

About You

  • Some experience working within a Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger role
  • Knowledge of Sage 50
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
