The Role

Temporary role – 4 weeks
Hours – Monday to Friday (45 hours a week) 8am till 5:30 pm- 30 mins dinner break
Salary £12.05 p/h (£28 200 p/a)
Location – Wakefield
Position start date – 6th January 2025
Liaising with customers & stores to schedule direct deliveries in accordance with the delivery schedule
To handle all customer queries and questions regarding delivery
Track and update daily routing plans and monitor issues to ensure we achieve deliveries within legislation to company standards
To support the Transport Manager and other members of the team when required
Help to deliver all transport movements
Maintain level of service in line with customer requirements
React to delays efficiently and effectively ensuring that service levels are maintained
General day-to-day office duties
