The Role

  • Preparing cost estimates based on drawings, specifications and project requirements
  • Analysing materials, labour and project costs
  • Reviewing technical drawings and understanding project scope
  • Liaising with internal teams and clients to confirm requirements
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within estimates
  • Supporting project planning and commercial decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records of estimates and project data
  • Assisting with administrative and sales support tasks where required
  • This Estimator role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within construction, building compliance and estimating processes.

About You

  • Experience as an Estimator (desirable) OR strong interest in construction/estimating for entry-level candidates
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
