The Role

Preparing cost estimates based on drawings, specifications and project requirements
Analysing materials, labour and project costs
Reviewing technical drawings and understanding project scope
Liaising with internal teams and clients to confirm requirements
Identifying risks and opportunities within estimates
Supporting project planning and commercial decisions
Maintaining accurate records of estimates and project data
Assisting with administrative and sales support tasks where required

About You

Experience as an Estimator (desirable) OR strong interest in construction/estimating for entry-level candidates
Ability to read and understand technical drawings (desirable)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
