The Role

Debrief returning drivers and investigate productivity concerns
Ensure all driver paperwork is accurate and complete
Print dockets and manifests for dispatch
Maintain and update GTS and Microlise systems
Monitor compliance and report issues to the Operations team
Liaise with Customer Services and Planning regarding real-time delivery updates
Manage accurate dispatch of drivers and vehicle allocations
Assist with Driver Hours administration and WTD compliance
Monitor driver attendance and escalate issues as needed
Investigate late/failed deliveries and provide root cause analysis
Keep daily logs and spreadsheets up to date

About You

Experience in a logistics or transport environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm and effective under pressure
Proficient with transport/logistics systems (e.g., GTS, Microlise)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
