The Role

Operate press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
Set up tooling and adjust machine settings as necessary for different jobs
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Use hand tools and grinding equipment to finish parts as required
Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and maintain workflow
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

About You

Previous experience operating press brake machines or similar equipment preferred
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes is essential
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
Proficiency with hand tools and strong mechanical knowledge advantageous
Experience in welding, assembling, or fabricating components is a plus
Strong commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work independently and as part of a tea
