The Role
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers across multiple manufacturing sites
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment law
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and absence management
- Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Conduct regular site visits across West, East and North Yorkshire
- Analyse HR data and metrics to improve engagement, retention and performance
- Support HR initiatives including wellbeing, engagement and diversity programmes
- Ensure HR compliance and accurate record-keeping
About You
- Proven experience as a Regional HR Advisor or HR Advisor within manufacturing or industrial settings
- CIPD qualified
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations cases in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional role
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
