The Role
- Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors as a Senior Accountant / Client Manager
- Act as the main point of contact for allocated clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Attend and lead client meetings and presentations
- Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns for limited companies
- Prepare personal tax returns
- Prepare management accounts and financial forecasts
- Review work completed by junior team members and provided guidance, training, and feedback
- Support clients with general accounting and tax queries
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the team and wider practice
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
- Confident reviewing and supporting junior team members
- Strong attention to detail and high professional standards
