The Role

Monday to Friday, Full Time working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: £50k to £80k per annum DOE
Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
Location: London just a 2 min walk from South Kensington tube station
Lead on a range of complex family law matters, with a particular emphasis on finance-related cases
Draft legal documents including divorce applications, financial remedy proceedings, non-molestation orders, and TOLATA claims
Provide expert legal advice and maintain high-quality client relationships
Manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
Oversee and support the legal team within the London office, including mentoring junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the branch grows
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team development
Drive a collaborative, high-integrity working culture aligned with the firm’s values
Contribute to operational decisions and long-term business planning for the London branch
Maintain accurate records of case documentation, billing, and correspondence
Promote the firm’s profile through business development and community engagement

About You

Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Family Law, with a strong background in finance-related cases
Previous experience managing or supervising a team within a legal environment is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and lead a small team, fostering a supportive and productive environment
Commercial awareness and a growth mindset
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and client care
