The Role
- Monday to Friday, Full Time working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Salary: £50k to £80k per annum DOE
- Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
- Location: London just a 2 min walk from South Kensington tube station
- Lead on a range of complex family law matters, with a particular emphasis on finance-related cases
- Draft legal documents including divorce applications, financial remedy proceedings, non-molestation orders, and TOLATA claims
- Provide expert legal advice and maintain high-quality client relationships
- Manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
- Oversee and support the legal team within the London office, including mentoring junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the branch grows
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team development
- Drive a collaborative, high-integrity working culture aligned with the firm’s values
- Contribute to operational decisions and long-term business planning for the London branch
- Maintain accurate records of case documentation, billing, and correspondence
- Promote the firm’s profile through business development and community engagement
About You
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Family Law, with a strong background in finance-related cases
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team within a legal environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a small team, fostering a supportive and productive environment
- Commercial awareness and a growth mindset
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and client care
