The Role

  • Manage trailer administration within a busy transport office environment
  • Monitor and update trailer movements using systems such as GTS and Microlise
  • Ensure accurate trailer administration records are always maintained
  • Support transport operations by tracking trailer availability and allocations
  • Liaise with warehouse, planning and transport teams regarding trailer flow
  • Investigate and resolve trailer discrepancies and missing units
  • Ensure all trailer administration is completed accurately and on time
  • Support wider transport administration tasks during peak periods
  • Escalate operational issues including delays, damages and compliance concerns

About You

  • Experience in transport, logistics or trailer administration
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced transport environment
  • Confident using transport systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with internal transport and warehouse teams
