The Role
- Manage trailer administration within a busy transport office environment
- Monitor and update trailer movements using systems such as GTS and Microlise
- Ensure accurate trailer administration records are always maintained
- Support transport operations by tracking trailer availability and allocations
- Liaise with warehouse, planning and transport teams regarding trailer flow
- Investigate and resolve trailer discrepancies and missing units
- Ensure all trailer administration is completed accurately and on time
- Support wider transport administration tasks during peak periods
- Escalate operational issues including delays, damages and compliance concerns
About You
- Experience in transport, logistics or trailer administration
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced transport environment
- Confident using transport systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with internal transport and warehouse teams
